The engineering department offers its customers services such as:
Prototype production;
Design assistance for customers
concepts(dimensional analysis,
strength analysis, estimate of numbers of
cycles).
QUALITY
The Quality Management System in place is certified to ISO 9001.
PPAP(R & R study, FMEA, according to the
AIAG requirements);
Capability analysis;
Chemical & physical analysis of material;
Inspection report (SPC, sampling in accordance with MIL STD- 105D or others);
Lot and primary material tracing.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
A multi-disciplinary team is responsible for research and development projects in the field of designing and improving new procedures, so as to remain competitive on the world market.
